However, if you are disatisfied with our products and feel you need to return it, you will be given a refund for your purchase or an exchange for another item that is similar in price and design or a new, better quality item that is the same as the product you returned.

Please Note that you have 2 weeks (14 days) to return an item for a refund or exchange.

If for some reason, your handmade product has been damaged, defective, or in need of repair, please let us know by email at

When requesting repair, please explain what the problem with your product is (Ex: broken clasp, fell apart, missing pieces, etc. )
Once we know the problem and have determined that your product can be repaired, we will ask that you send the product, with all missing or broken pieces, by mail.

NOTE: Do not send the product to us without calling or emailing us to let us know:
1) Why you are disatisfied with our product
2) The problem (Ex: broken, defective, missing pieces, etc.)
3) The date of purchase
4) Your name and contact information including one or all of the folllowing:
*Email address
*Phone number & best time to call
*Mailing address
